Great post at deadspin.com that has excerpts from former NBA ref and all around scumbag Tim Donaghy's recently halted book. What many of us have believed for years appears to have been very real. If you have listened to my show you know that I have some pretty strong views regarding officials in all sports at all levels.

Blaise Winter's "YARD OF SCREAMS"!!!

Blaise Winter joins us each Tuesday throughout the NFL season to help breakdown the Green Bay Packers but he also is a very busy man off the radio... This Thursday and Friday...Oct 29th and 30th Blaise and his family are raising some money for the local Children's Hospital with a VERY Halloween event. Between 6-11 each night you can visit their "Yard Of Screams" at W5837 Royaltroon Dr in Menasha. I am not sure what Blaise and his boys have in store for you but I imagine he will be looking to scare the bijeezus out of his guests. This event takes place in Blaise's own yard and the $3 admission fee will go entirely to the local Children's Hospital.

Again...stop by Blaise's own home at W5837 Royaltroon Dr in Menasha...right across the street from the North Shore Golf Club on either Thursday Oct 29th or Friday Oct 30th between 6:00 and 11:00 and get ready to be scared...he might even headbutt you.

RIP Captain Lou Albano...

I have not watched wrestling in many a year but back in the day it was MUST SEE TV. For my money the AWA was the be all and end all of the wrestling world but the early 80's brought us some classics as well. I was always partial to Bobby "The Brain" Heenan but Captain Lou was a pretty damn good heal manager as well. The Captain passed away this morning at the age of 76...I would have guessed he died years ago, who knew. But in his honor here are a couple of solid clips for old times sake.
